Due to the nature of live plants and fresh produce, we cannot accept returns on these items. If your items arrive damaged or in poor condition, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with a photo of the product to discuss a replacement or credit.
Unopened seed packets and non-perishable garden supplies may be returned within 14 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was sent in error.
Registrations for farm workshops or educational events may be canceled for a full refund up to 48 hours before the event start time. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person.
